We started Olive Tree Mediterranean Restaurant in Kent, WA in 200

Our menu selections reflect the authentic Mediterranean food.

Mediterranean food is known as one of the world’s healthiest styles of eating.

There are some things that all Mediterranean food has in common, but the food from the Eastern Mediterranean, North Africa, and Southern Europe is very different from the food from the other two regions.

Since we opened the Olive Tree Mediterranean Restaurant in 2009, the food on our menu is a reflection of the Mediterranean food we grew up with:

  • Warm hospitality
  • Authentic aromas in our open kitchen
  • Flavorful handmade recipes passed down for generations

Please look over our menu. It has Mediterranean food served in Kent that is made with the best ingredients, is fresh and healthy, and is served in a casual setting that has made us a favorite in the area.

Come visit Olive Tree featuring authentic Mediterranean food. We welcome the opportunity of introducing you to some of the finest Mediterranean cuisine. 253-630-4976.

We combined the things that all three regions of Mediterranean cuisine have in common with the most popular Mediterranean foods to create a balance of flavors and spices that makes our food a great combination of taste and health.

In our Mediterranean food, you can find a huge variety of ingredients and regional variations. Some things are common across all of the regions, like

  • Delightful fruits and fresh vegetables
  • An emphasis on poultry and seafood
  • Rice, grains, beans and pastas
  • We use olive oil in our salads, marinades, vegetables, and chicken.
  • Yogurt and cheese
  • Delectable roasted lamb
  • Fresh herbs
  • …and, of course, quality wines and beer

As people who come from a background of authentic Mediterranean food, we like the challenge of combining the flavors of different parts of the Mediterranean, such as the rich and savory Italian food, the tangy citrus accents and bold savory flavors of Greece, the exotic flavors of sweet and savory Moroccan food, and the bold garlic and olive oil that set the stage for flavorful Spanish dishes that are influenced by Arabic and Roman food.

We would be honored to prepare flavorful dishes from our Mediterranean cuisine served right here in Kent!
